Our Four Step Process

Inspection & Preparation
We inspect your carpet to determine specific carpet materials and identify stains, correct chemicals are then selected. Furniture may be moved as needed and protective measures are put in place to protect surrounding environments.

Pre- Treatment
Dry soil is removed using a heavy duty vacuum. A tailored cleaning solution is applied to break down dirt, oils and stains. A manual brush is used to agitate the solution for deeper absorption.

Hot Water Extraction
Post Care Routine
Hot water mixed with cleaning solution is injected into the carpet fibres under high pressure. The dirty water is immediately vacuumed out along with all loosened dirt and contaminants. This process cleans thoroughly whilst minimizing moisture retention.
Powerful drying fans may be used to speed up the drying process. We will inspect the carpet to ensure the cleaning quality, reset furniture and provide aftercare recommendation.
